Summer Photo Contest Official Rules

The Waldenwoods Family Recreation Resort Summer Photo Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Waldenwoods Family Recreation Resort, located at 2975 Old US-23, Howell, Michigan ("Sponsor").

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, as well as individuals living in the same household as such persons, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

Contest Period

The Contest begins on June 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on October 10, 2026 ("Contest Period").

Entries received after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

Participants may enter by uploading original photographs taken at Waldenwoods Family Recreation Resort to one or more of the following platforms:

• Google Business Profile
• Facebook
• Yelp
• Tripadvisor

Entries must feature the entrant, their family members, friends, or activities taking place at Waldenwoods Family Recreation Resort.

Photographs must be the entrant's original work.

Each qualifying photo submission will receive one entry into the random drawing.

Participants may submit multiple photographs. Duplicate submissions of the same photograph may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

No purchase is required to enter or win.

Entry Requirements

To be eligible:

• Photos must be taken at Waldenwoods Family Recreation Resort.
• Photos must be submitted during the Contest Period.
• Photos must not contain illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or inappropriate content.
• Photos must not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
• Entrants must have permission from all recognizable individuals appearing in the submitted photographs.
• Photos generated primarily by artificial intelligence are not eligible.

Sponsor reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.

Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a YETI prize package with an approximate retail value of $1,000.

The prize package may include, but is not limited to:

• YETI Tundra 45 Cooler
• YETI Tote Bag
• YETI Tumblers
• YETI Water Bottles
• YETI Mugs

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.  The drawing will take place on or about October 11, 2026.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

The selected winner will be notified using contact information reasonably available to Sponsor.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or fails to respond within seven (7) days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

License to Use Submitted Content

By submitting photographs as part of this Contest, participants grant Waldenwoods Family Recreation Resort a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, modify, and create derivative works from submitted photographs for marketing, advertising, promotional, website, social media, print, email, and other business purposes. Participants retain ownership of their photographs.

No additional compensation will be provided for the use of submitted photographs.

Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance and use of any prize.

Platform Disclaimer

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google, Facebook, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Apple, YETI, or any other third-party platform referenced in connection with the Contest.

Participants understand they are providing information to Sponsor and not to any third-party platform.

Right to Modify or Cancel

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time if fraud, technical failures, legal issues, or other factors beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity of the Contest.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Contest will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to conflict of law principles.
